SHPD engine oil for turbo diesel engines

SRS Turbo Record is a year-round multi-range engine oil. Exhaust turbocharging and charge air cooling place significantly higher mechanical and thermal demands on engine oils. These tighter operating conditions are safely controlled by SRS Turbo Record even with extended oil stays. The SAE 15W-40 viscosity range ensures reliable cold start at low outdoor and full lubrication at high operating temperatures. The use of shear-stable active ingredients ensures compliance with the SAE class 15W-40 during the entire oil change interval SRS Turbo-Rekord is an SHPD (Super High Performance Diesel) engine oil.

Instructions for use

SRS Turbo Record is used in extremely high-stress commercial vehicles diesel engines. The engine manufacturers recommend SRS Turbo-Record as a multi-range oil in the viscosity class SAE 15W-40 due to the often seasonally cross-seasonal use due to the extended residence times. Engine oils of this power category are preferred by many vehicle and engine manufacturers for extended oil stays in turbo diesel engines.
